I used Indique hair about 2 years ago and the product was fine....

This time the hair tangled and shedding continuously. I sent a sample for them to test and they stated it was fine but this is not the case. My husband was even getting sick of the hair all over the place. My hair dresser was surprised with this for such expensive hair; she saw the tangling. No form of making me whole again was offered. I requested a refund and they refused. I'm contacting my attorney, Attorney general & BBB.

Do Not buy this hair something has changed......

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $413.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Hello,

Let me first start by saying, we are very sorry to hear about your product. When you brought this to our attention we explained that we'd be happy to help you but that it would be necessary to examine and test the product you were experiencing issues with before we could suggest a remedy.

Although you did send us a portion of the product you had used it was less than 2 ounces of wefted hair and "hair balls" that appeared to be pulled out from a brush. After examining the hair on the weft and hair balls we saw a drastic difference in color and texture and we were confident the two were not from the same bundle. Regardless, our Quality Assurance Department tested the small portion of wefted hair that was returned. Although we were unable to see any issues with the product we reached out to you to let you know we'd be happy to test the remainder of the bundle you still had in your possession if you decided to send it in.

Unfortunately you declined this option.

Although you are now outside the 30 Calendar Day Defective Policy, we are more than happy to make an exception and again, invite you can send back the entire bundle of hair for a quality test. If we test the full bundle of product and find anything wrong with the hair during our testing process (ie excessive shedding or matting) we will either exchange, replace or refund your purchase. If we do not find anything wrong we will send back the original purchase. We would greatly appreciate it if you would contact us 617.379.1280 within the next 2 weeks so we can email you the return label to send back the hair in question.

Again, we are very sorry for your dissatisfaction and do hope you take us up on our offer.
